Nikon SB-600 Speedlight

This is a totally awesome flash unit, and is completely compatible with the Nikon Creative Lighting System - that is to say it can be controlled as a TTL flash remotely by Nikon cameras using their pop-up flash to signal it in Commander Mode.

It even works as a modelling light in commander mode, which I didn't expect, because it doesn't actually have a button for that, unlike the SB-800. It zooms from 14mm to 85mm.

It's not as powerful as the SB-800, and lacks other features, but is still a very worthy addition to your kit bag.
